10.7.5 Screwed my 2006 MacPro

I have a 2006 MacPro that I installed the 10.7.5 Update through the normal software update process that resulted in my system acting up and would like to install the 10.7.5 combo update which many say fixes these issues but when using the installer it says "Mac OS X Update Combined can't be installe don this disk. This volume does not meet the requirements foro this update."

Any suggestions?
