10.7 Upgrade Font Library turns to .exe files

I have recently upgraded from a 10.4.11 Power PC to 10.7 iMac. My font Library and Quark 6.1 files have all turned to the .exe icon. The Quark files can be opened if I specify to use the program to open it with a right click and whole process. The PS fonts cannot be brought into Fontbook and it seems that the OTF fonts have not been effected.


Please Help!!!!!!!! The tech guy at work is a PC guy and I'm stumped!!!!!
 
Solved Fonts Issue

Made Archive File of Fonts library on original computer, un-zipped on new!!


Still having issues with Quark files
