I switch to Bootcamp fairly often because I need to use internet explorer for a sucky online system at work.
Whether I shut down or restart, "reopen" dialogue checked or not, I can't get past the white screen. Well I can say it stays here for like 5 minutes, whether it shuts down after this time is a test beyond my patience. I'm forced to press & hold the power key which is NOT ideal. What's worse Windows 7 starts up and shuts down like a dream
Ran Disk Utility which was fine. Running 10.8.2 on 2.3GHz rMBP
I'm aware there's a slow shutdown issue of some sort. Mine is a no-shutdown issue.
