10.8.3 to 10.8.4 with gtx 680

Is there any particular way to update os x to 10.8.4 with pc version of gtx 680? I've seen some ppl waving issues with the update.
I was planning on running the combo update and then installing nvidia drivers.

Suggest you make a bootable clone your system drive before running any updates - then if there's issues, at least you have a bootable clone to resort back to. You may get a few NVIDIA errors on first boot, but those are generally resolved by uninstalling the driver, restarting, then reinstalling the latest driver for 10.8.4.
