Has anyone else experienced this bug?

With 10.9.2 and 10.9.3 when I disconnect my external monitor either from clamshell mode or dual monitor mode my MacBook's mission control is messed up: the background doesn't zoom out, no spaces, etc. Also when I swipe to other spaces the dock will not go away. The only way to get system functions working properly is to restart.

Example screenshot below.

I'm not sure what I'm looking at tbh, but i've not noticed any issues going from dGPU to iGPU on my 2012 rMBP. I'm on 10.9.3 at the moment.

Thanks. What you're looking at is the handicapped mission control that results when I exit clamshell mode. Only the windows zoom out and I don't see all my spaces. And the dock doesn't go away when I swipe to full screen apps.
