10.9 with New Macbook Pro

If you get 10.9 with a new Macbook Pro, can you install it on an older Macbook Pro. Or do you have to buy it again for your older Macbook Pro?

You'll have to buy it. The difference is buying a computer with OSX on it, only gives you the right to use it on that computer, where as buying it in the MAS allows you to run it on a handful of computers.
