£10 for iLife'09 - Is this genuine?

I've come across these sites both decent companies offering iLife for aoround £10. Can someone explain the catch? Thanks

Site 1: They seem to be Media Kits (whatever they are...), see below for their statement.

Please Note: Media Kits are disks containing software that can only be used if your organisation has an existing Licence Agreement. As part of such agreements, users will be provided with a licence key that will enable the software. Without the required licence key, the software will not install.

Site 2: Maybe the same as above, but couldn't find a clue.

I guess by that, you should already have a CD key for iLife09 then

Just come across this in ebay. Looks genuine but dont understand how he has so many discs?

He might be a member of an organization that just bought a ton of iLife licenses, but they also came with disks. Why would you need a hundred physical copies?
