10-hour battery in older MB?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I could only find an unanswered thread in Discussions.

My friend was wondering if he could use the new MB 10-hour battery in his unibody MB (white). He has the older model (2.26 GHz and NVIDA GeForce 9400M).

No. They are different and Apple also used some kind of system optimisation to accomplish ten hours.
