10% iMacs!? Good News?

While visiting my local shopping centre I noticed that Jbhifi had a huge banner out front displaying the following
"10% off iMacs", now whether this means that they just want to get some sales or clear their inventory for new models is beyond me.

Although the timing is right, what do you think?

Don't get your hopes up. It could just be JB Hi Fi is lacking in sales for the iMac. Usually if the prices drop, you'll see a few stores drop the prices, not just the one.

yeah there were discounts early this year also at JB HiFi...you could get a 21.5" base model for $1250

Well all models appear to be $200AU cheaper than that on apple's AU store.

Plus the fact, the retailer has no more idea than we do about when new models are arriving.
