i have a 2010 mbp 15" recently this has been happening(pic attached) to my screen and it seems like its happens when my gpu changes integrated to discret not sure what the issue is can any one shed light. it goes away when i close the window but its happening more and more and im nervous i might have a logic board issue. thanks for any help

That does look bad. What version of OSX? A backup and reinstall might help, but try checking your disk with DU first.

running 10.7.2 i think ill try checking the disk first and if all else fails do a reinstall thank god for my time capsule!

ran disk utility like macman suggest and everything seems to be working fine now more of those funky screens. Kinda of weird how that fixed it but it did so far.. so if you having the same issue try fix out might clear your problem like it did for me.
