100% of the videos I shot with iPhone 12 Pro end up on YouTube watched with 1080p TVs, does it make any difference if I shoot in 4K 30/60fps or not? (none of the videos are ever edited or processed)

If your videos will continue to be watched and relevant 5-10 years from now, then definitely shoot in 4K.

If your videos are of the moment and will be historical artifacts in 5-10 years, 1080 is great.
