It's not scientific or anything but shows some interesting findings...

  • Signal bars don't really tell us anything except how far we are from the tower.
  • Faster downstream with an attenuated antenna. :confused:
  • More bars doesn't always mean faster data.
  • Upstream is most susceptible to attenuation (makes sense since it's blocking the antenna)
  • iOS4.0.1 did exactly what Apple said it would--improved signal accuracy, nothing more.
