My question is does this plan will work with the upcoming iphone5 on April ? And will I be able to buy it for 100 and pay 20$ a month? Or I have to buy this 50$plan?

You can use any plan that you want with any phone on T-Mobile. You don't even have to have data on an iPhone plan if you don't want one.
i'm sure the new iphone will be compatible with that plan. however, you probably won't be able to buy the phone at $100 + $20/mo with that plan since it's prepaid.
