Last night my friend Adam was at the MTV Video Music Awards because he's an intern for MTV so he got to attend, he was on the red carpet and he got Lady Gaga HERSELF to sign his iPhone 4, using a black Sharpie along the antenna part.

He says that he will NEVER part with the phone now and hopes its worth lots of $$$.

Pics coming soon as soon as he can emial me them. :)

Just thought I'd share this cool bit of news. ;)

Hard to believe... but signed objects aren't worth that much.

Steve Jobs or moreso Woz signing your iPhone might be worth something.

This gaga girl's autograph will be worthless and might even devalue the phone in 15 minutes.

Applejuiced read Lady GaGa in the title of this thread and it only took him seconds to open it up and read it plus respond! (OP: 11:06. Applejuice: 11:07)

Admit it! AJ, you're a fan!

Way to go the extreme, I am sure it will have value from some people, I wouldn't say it will worth "lot" of $$$ as the op said, but I am sure it will worth more than one signed by me

ha, Lady Gaga... Did any juice from her meat dress drip on his phone?

If he's never gonna part with it, then who cares if it's worth a lot money? That's like buying stock and never selling it.

But more importantly, does the autograph defacement void Apple's warranty?

Pretty sure it's worthless still. Maybe to an ultimate fan or the inventor of autotune ... :D

Great, now your iphone is worth less than before :(

but, its got alot of sentimental value...thats for sure :D

I would have given you $100 for it being a used phone, but since Ga Ga signed it, I'll offer $1 + shipping.

I'm disappointed in you OP. This had parody potential. You could have gone on how her signature solved the signal issues.

Well, if some crazy Lady Gaga fan with money would offer up a good bit for a signed iPhone, now would be the time to sell it. This is most likely the height of her fame.

Until the iPhone gets a fault, then a genius staff member will enjoy their Lady Gaga iPhone.

I see her fame lasting a little bit longer than that, but it will eventually peak off.

The reason why she has remained popular is because she tries to be the face of the "freaks" of the world, the main three categories being the homosexuals, the feminist and the digitally social inept (people who socialize more online than in real life). By doing so, these three groups of people have propelled her to an iconic symbol of their struggle. But as time passes the struggles of these three groups will fade away, and so will Lady Gaga.

Note: I am not calling these three groups freaks (I believe they are perfectly normal and believe in their cause), I'm just saying that Lady Gaga is instilling the idea that society treats these groups as freaks, and thus she is trying to represent their breakthrough against social norms.

Phone signed by Lady Gaga? Pah. I've got a copy of Count Zero by Wiliam Gibson that's signed by all the members of Anthrax. Beat that. :)
