1015 Problem Tried everything

Hi guys..long time reader first time poster..

I got a iphone 3G 16gb white..

I tried to jailbreak and unlock it with this tutorial from iclarified.
Its now stuck in recovery mode, ive tried irecovery and tinyumbrella..but it just comes back to the same crap..

What can i do?
