My battery is barely 4 months old, I have 102 cycles, and its at 75% health according to CoconutBattery and iStat Pro. "About This Mac" states "Check Battery" for condition.

Can I bring this to the Apple Store and hope Apple will give me another battery? I'm asking because I don't want to do a blind trip to the store and come out empty handed and time wasted. I normally can use this system excess of 4.5 Hours w/o running virtual machines but now I'm barely getting 3 Hours doing the same stuff.

Apple says 80% for 300 cycles. If it's the battery, they'll replace it.

I'm at 294 cycles and counting, and my battery is still at 100% health. I know that's better than average, but battery life shouldn't take a noticeable hit until after 350-400 I think.

As a general rule, charge often, don't let the battery die if you can help it, but don't run exclusively on AC power. Keep it about 50-50 when convenient.
