I ordered my iPhone 4 on the 28th of September, two days before the free case program ends and I was wondering if I will still be eligible for a free case/bumper even though my iPhone doesn't arrive until the 22nd of October.

The case app might work for you. I ordered mine on the evening of the 30th. Recieved the phone today (4th Oct). Downloaded the app and finally managed to log in after a few "your username or password are incorrect" errors and it let me order a case. Went for the black bumper as nothing else took my fancy

Ah awesome! Hopefully the app still works when I get mine on the 22nd
