It's the above case. Several sellers on eBay sell it for about ~$25 shipped. There might be some for a little bit cheaper with some digging around

[*edit* - here it is for $23 shipped http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-1900mah-Bat...Accessories&hash=item33617c6ccc#ht_601wt_1139]

I got mine for $30 shipped from a N. American seller (because I wanted it faster).

Anyway, this thing is nice! It feels nice and sturdy, the phone fits in perfectly (even with my Lucky Labs Teksure wrap), and the little audio cutouts actually slightly improve the audio (i.e., no more cupping your hand around the phone to reflect the sound toward you). It also has a true on/off switch and does not impede my cell signal at all

It doesn't impact pictures or the flash at all and has no logos/markings on the outside of the case. I also like that it's not preposterously bulky

My ONLY gripes (if they could be called that) with the case are that I don't really like the "design" on the audio cutouts (I wish it were just a plain open circle or oval), and the fact that it's mini usb (then again so is the consensus-best Mophie)

Here's some pics

I'll report back later on whether or not it can fully re-charge the phone etc.

How's the charge though? Does it charge the IP4 full since it is 1900 mah?

Update:

Ran my phone down to 16% and then turned on the battery case.

It just now charged it back up to 100% in about 3 hours and I'm still showing 50% on the case per the LED lights (2 of 4 light up).

I've even used my phone lightly during its recharge. Sent about 15-20 texts, spent about 2 minutes in Safari looking something up in Google, and checked my e-mail twice.

I'm going to run the phone down AGAIN and see how far the case can recharge the phone again before running out of juice totally

Also, very happy to report that the case didn't get hot at all during the recharge. It didn't even get what I would consider "warm".

I'm impressed!

*edit*

Did some more looking - here it is for $18.99 shipped!

I doubt there's a company website although the seller I bought from might sell it to you outside of eBay. He's based in Canada and his seller ID is cover.city iirc

Just curious though why don't you order from eBay?

Bump:

Since I still showed some charge on the case, I ran my phone down to 6% last night watching Netflix. I then turned the case "on" to see what it would get my phone back up to. I fell asleep before the case ran out of juice, but when I woke up the phone showed 31%

Not bad!

What's the thickness of this case?

According to my handy dandy caliper, it's .755" (19.17mm) thick

Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8B117 Safari/6531.22.7)

Gotta love precision measuring tools

Can you sync the phone in the case?

Yes, you can! You have to have the case turned "on" though for the computer to recognize it to sync with iTunes, transfer pictures, whatever.

i cant tell from the pictures but does it have a lay on the table design?

Do you mean in terms of the case raising slightly above the glass so you can lay it glass-side down?

The upper section of the case is raised slightly above the glass, but the rest of it is completely flush with the glass

Here's a pic. Sorry it's blurry. My camera died before I could take a better one
