10.6.6 (10J567) update: can't view .jpg?

Hi all,

Just updated OTA 10.6.6 and now iPhoto/Desktop picture can not recognize my jpegs!

Anyone else have this problem?

I new something was wrong when I rebooted my MAC PRO and my desktop image reverted to the purple/blue default image.
