Hi,

I have a late '09 macbook pro running snow leopard, hooked up via hdmi (mini-displayport/hdmi converter) to a 50" plasma LG tv. Everything works great, except when I move application windows over to the plasma (2nd display) they automatically maximise.

Q1: How do I prevent this behaviour? I don't want it to auto maximise.
Q2: At the moment, I am deselecting 'overscan' so that the entire display fits on my tv, albeit with a 2" border all round. If I select overscan, about 1" of the outermost border edge of display is offscreen. Is there anyway I can get the display to fit properly?

NB - my TV has no scaling options, only +/- H & V, and some presets which do not help me. The aspect ration 16:9 is correct.

Thanks in advance,
bp
