1080p webcam for macmini

I am looking for a 1080p webcam for an M1 macmini - uses would be Google Meet, Teams, Zoom etc, and recording a bit of video, but not streaming, and 4k is not a requirement.
I would however like to be able to fiddle with the settings and colours a bit
What are the best choices out there for macs?
