Comparison to Klipsch S4i?
I'm curious as to how these compare to the Klipsch S4i's. I recently received the S4i's as a present and they are my first set of "higher" quality in-ear headphones. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how they feel, fit, and most importantly sound. I do have one minor annoyance with them and that is how cheap and flimsy the cord feels. I'll wait to see some more reviews on these.

I have a pair I have had them since Wensday. I love them I like to thank SchneiderMan that I learned about them from in a post. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't come with a case. There are some reviews out there already I'll add them latter if nobody else does. I am glad that I came across this thread. I had a cheap affordable headset from Scosche (IDR350M) and they were some what exceptional at first but now they are falling apart, not once but TWICE! Obviously you get what you pay for right?
Anyhow, this look close to the Dr. Dre Beats Tour, which I was just about ready to make a purchase but seeing these and the build quality has changed my decision. (Especially on price point.) I spent a day reading reviews on these and the reviews has been quite positive so I will go ahead and ditch the Scosche and grab these bad boys, which were made from Sweden

Agreed some could be better some really like them. I tried to be unbiased honestly there are not allot of reviews out yet. Could be some ears are harder to fit. for me they are very comfortable. Sound is better then some higher end sets I have heard. btw the way I compare is listen to the same song. then decide which headset was more enjoyable to hear it. then I try another song style and do the same. the overall sound is what matters most to me. if your on the fence wait a week or so and you will see allot more reviews. I think in the $100 and under category these are a winner. I'm very happy still need to burn in more though.

Audio quality does not seem to be the issue as most seem to like them sonically, design and fit on the other hand appear to be a deal breaker. Does not matter how good they sound if they are a chore to wear and do not fit and sit with ease and comfort they are useless.
So I guess me wearing them for 8+ hours and almost forgetting they were in means nothing. other reviews scored them very high. now I'm sorry I posted those links because I thinking you are walking away from some nice headphones.
Don't know what you're talking about cause these are the most comfortable in-ears and they block a great deal of outside noise too.
I also spoke to the person who wrote a positive review and he didn't mention that. An earbud is supposed to fit snug and if cord weight is pulling them out it sounds like they didn't have proper fitting ones.
Sound quality I am not worried about and I cannot wait to get my order in but I was just saying 2 of those reviews were really awful and you should edit them out

well since I already posted them and we have been discussing it kinda hard. plus if people find them they think I was only posting the good ones. there are always people that like something and somebody else that doesn't. all I can say I have tried about 8 iem's and I am happiest with these over all. Jays also has great customer service.
oh and the stuff mentioned about static when touching the plug. I do not have this issue I would suggest they talk to customer service. also other headphones I have had I listen to about 3/4 volume these I listen to a 1/2. I have found it sounds best with the EQ off. I listen to mostly heavy bass stuff heavy metal and alternative music. Also some oldies rock also Dropkick Murphy's even Jazz blues etc.

These look good but I have no need for the buttons/mic so the Threes should be perfect for me.
One question if you will, in the head-fi.org review posted above, someone mentioned burning them in for 40 hours. Is that normal? Does the sound get better?

No need to burn them in because they sound great right out of the box. Just enjoy your music and they will improve their sound a little overtime. Have you read my review? If not enjoy
If you want a step up from the a-Jays line, you can go with the t-Jays Three which are my favorite pair that I use.
I got jays ones for 30 bucks on eBay brand new and I love them. Flat cord is great and fit is nice. I'm pretty sure the only difference in the numbers are the twos add an airline plug and two way splitter(10 bucks more)-- and the threes add a case(another 10 bucks). I already had the plug and a little case so I saved myself some $$ and got the ones.
If you need the mic then you have to get the fours. I use my bluetooth for calls so no need for mic. But overall if you want much better sound than apple earbuds and aren't expecting "audiophile" quality... You will like the a-jays.

The t-jays look good but for me the lower the price the better plus I always get my cords tangled so a real plus with the a-Jays.
Interesting, if thats the only difference then I'll definitely check them out.
The specs seem to be the same between the a-Jays Three and Four. I have not yet tried out the Fours but they should sound exactly the same as the Three. Now about the One, Two and Three differences, I'm not sure if the specs are the same in terms of audio.
