I'm having an issue getting all my devices to stay in sync or even sync at all since updating. I'm having this issue with iCloud.com, my iPhone and my iPad (which are both on 11.2.5). I know it is not my network, my network is fine with my other devices and I am still able to create Calendar Events etc using iCloud, it is specifically photos. If I add a photo on my iPhone, it does not make it to iCloud.com or the iPad. If I add it on the iPad, it does not make it to iCloud.com or the iPhone. If I DELETE a photo from iCloud.com, it does not replicate to either device.

I just purchased an iPad Pro 12.9 and when I updated that to 11.2.5, that's when I noticed it was no longer in sync. Same issue with my iPhone. This is the troubleshooting I have exhausted:

-Removed iCloud account from both iPad and iPhone

-Photos were not removed when iCloud Photo Library was turned off

-Hard Reset

-Reset Network Settings

-Readded accounts and enabled iCloud Photo Library

-Photos still not in sync, attempted another network.

-Wiped iPad and set up as new, wiped iPhone and set up as new.

The only solution that I have done is reset both devices and download what is in the cloud, although I am now missing photos. After all of this, I have wiped my iPad first, set up as a new iPad and bam, everything was there and in sync. I wipe my iPhone, set up as a new iPhone and bam, everything is in sync. However, now my iPad is NO longer in sync and the spinning wheel will spin forever without replicating changes. It's EXTRA frustrating when you're attempting to strictly use the Apple Ecosystem for creative work and something as little as a sync makes me adjust my entire workflow.

Anyone else experiencing this? T_T
