I'd pick which size you like better and go with that. The MBA is small and light, but I'm personally not a fan of it being so tiny. I like the MBP, but it's a matter of your preference, as either will do the job for you.

For general web use and email, the Air has sufficient capabilities (unless you want the lighted keyboard) and has the advantage of size and weight.

I'd go for a MBA 13, but the choices you've listed I assume price is a factor??

13" has 6MB cash vs 3MB cache in processor, is faster and the battery life is two hours longer with double the SSD and more screen. Take your pic.
