What's the difference between it and other $10 or $5 clear case?
Is it a better make so it's less likely to scratch my beautiful new phone?
Any comment? I never had an expensive case.

If you’re going to spend the premium for an Apple case go with silicone or leather. The general consensus on the clear case seems to be pretty negative with complaints of extreme difficulty removing, slippery/greasy feel and scratching not to mention there’s no branding so there’s nothing to distinguish it from a case you can get on amazon for $5.

I get the leather case on day one and will never use anything else again.

No, there are 3rd party clear cases for $10-$15 that are much better.
There is no Apple branding so it looks very generic.
I returned mine and spent the extra $10 for the Apple leather case.
For $39, I would get the colored Silicon and then a 3rd party clear, you will thank me later.

I had one and ultimately returned it for most of the reasons already mentioned. It was the bulkiest Apple case I've ever owned (I generally go with the leather cases, but have had silicone in the past as well), the buttons were all difficult to push through the case, it was a fingerprint/smudge magnet & it was a pretty tight fit (for someone who swaps out cases with some regularity, this was a problem).

There are other cases that can be had for less that are, in my opinion, better. I personally like the Totallee case the best, but everyone's preference seems to be a little different. What I ended up doing for my clear case was to buy a bunch of them off Amazon and with the intent of returning the ones I didn't want. I also made sure to pick cases that offered free returns so I didn't have to eat the shipping cost going back.

I'll go against the majority on this one. I have both the clear and leather Apple cases for the Iphone 11 Pro and I really like the clear. It shows off the phone and I haven't had any issues with slips, bad fit, or scratches. I'd buy again..just my .02

Don't do it man, it feels nice when you first slap it on then be prepared to wipe it all day long with a micro fiber cloth to get rid of the smudges. I got the yellow leather case and couldn't be happier.

Anything that Apple sells as an accessory is highway robbery. Buy the bootleg versions that are just as good on ebay for 1/3rd the cost.

If you're okay with sacrificing attention to detail to save the money then this is sound advice. There's definitely a lot of knock-offs that come close to the quality you get from Apple. Personally, I'm okay with paying a bit more to have a case that I'm able to exchange on the spot if it isn't perfect in every way.

I tried the clear case and exchanged it for silicone right away. It feels like the clear case adds way too much bulk.

Αnd Which did you settle on? I'm currently shopping for my soon to be delivered pro.. Oh and Go Dawgs!

The dumb thing about all these clear cases is it turns your Pro's matte glass back into a glossy one. The only matte one I see is Ringke Fusion Matte, but apparently nobody has it.

For as much money as Apple's charging for their clear case, they sure took the laziest route making the most basic kind. They should've made a matte one with colored TPU sides to match so it looks good from the front too. Thats the kind of attention to detail I expect from them.
