Tried to check battery life on my 11 pro max on my Mac but coconut wouldn't allow it access, any suggestions?

It says access to iPhone pro max denied

Tried to check battery life on my 11 pro max on my Mac but coconut doesn't recognize the phone, any suggestions?

Do you have iTunes on the same computer as coconutbattery? Usually when you plug the phone into the computer for the first time and open iTunes it asks you if you trust this computer and you respond on the phone yes or no. If you haven't done that coconutbattery can't access your phone
