iPhone 11 Pro 11 Pro Max wont boot.

New phone. Was installing 13.1.2 and now it won't boot. I've tried DFU but either I'm not doing it right or it's fried. I've scheduled a Genius Bar appointment for tomorrow but if anyone has any ideas I'd be all ears.

Nothing. Completely dead. Almost like the update was corrupted.

Yeah even if you did manage to get it going.. you're within the return period, I would just return it or exchange it. Not worth having a device you can't trust.

That didn’t work either. Ugh, oh well at least I have an Apple store appointment tomorrow.

mas i said before, nothing is wrong with your device. I had that issue before until I learnt how to make sure the phone is properly shut down before holding power until it comes back up

I have to agree my 11 pro max takes a while to power down completely before I can hit the power button to restart and it feels like I takes longer then normal to show the apple logo on power up vrs the X
