I am looking at docking stations to hook my monitor and stuff up to on the desk. There are a lot out there, but I don't know enough about 'em to pick one. Do any of you guys use one? What do ya use?

Instead of docking you can get an Apple Cinema display (the cords too), apple wireless keyboard, and the magic mouse and just hook everything up and leave the laptop closed and you can do all your work that way.

Ingenious idea, but I'm not sure what to think about the plastic construction. Reviews have been polarized as well, with equal numbers seeming to both love and loathe the device.

My wish - a metal dock of the same form factor with a velour or microfiber interior that won't leave marks on the MBP shell.

The Henge Dock was the only one I found,I might order it. Amazon has it at a decent price. I just want to dock the stuff so I don' t have to plug and unplug everything. :)
