No official JB for 4.3 is available yet.
There's a few betas that provide a tethered JB for 4.3 but have many complicated steps and should be avoided for now till things are upgraded on cydia to work with the new firmware.

but when will it be done do you think i recently bought an iphone 3gs and upgraded the software when i plugged it into itunes without even thinking and then i realized i couldnt jailbreak it i had no idea 4.3 had just came out. so when do you think i would be able to unlock my iphone??
Can someone tell me what website to go to to jailbreak an iPad? I'm a newb at this and have no idea what to do. I know I have to wait till the 4.3 comes out but I'd like to start figuring it out now. Thanks in advance.
This is a really good source. He also has a youtube channel that you can check out for video help.
Check out iclarified as well. That's what I used to help me with some jailbreaking issues.

my iPhone 4 is jailbroken on 4.3 using this tutorial:

It involves a few steps, but it's working fine. tethered JB though obviously I've only got a few cydia packages installed, so not expecting to be rebooting the phone very often.

I did the same thing (although they're missing a few switches in the terminal reboot command). All but a few of my tweaks/apps work and I have yet to have an issue where I had to reboot.
I only use the jailbreak for tetherme really, which is fairly mature, so no issues here with forced reboots.
You have something against punctuation and capitalization? Even if English is your second language this is atrocious.
I'm really frustrated. I was jailbroken on 4.2.1 by Greenpois0n since the day the jailbreak came out and now today springboard keeps crashing and going into safemode every time I try to boot. I tried to fix it by retracing my steps and deleting what I downloaded in the past few days, but nothing worked. I decided I would just restore and install 4.3 and wait until the 4.3 jailbreak comes out.
