Looks good! But as the name says, this case is made of a canvas-like material (it's also available for the first iPad). In my book this is an advantage, since I'm not a big fan of "pleather". This is what the case for the iPad 1 looks like up close:

I'm not a big fan of the stretchy band thing that goes around. But it is only $20 on Amazon so it may be worth it, I could cut it off anyways.
 
Weird, the picture says canvas but the amazon description says synthetic leather.
 
Looks like a rough design. Also looks like it partially blocks the front camera.

I want to believe. I miss the iPad 1 case a lot. I just don't think this is the solution.
