Best sleeve for iPad 2 which fits with the Apple Smart Case?

You may want to check out the Incase sleeve. I have it for my iPad 1 and I think it's one of the best I've encountered.

This are pretty decent, and cheap. I used one for my macbook air (slightly larger one) before I got the waterfield case.

ordered a colcasac sleeve that says it'll fit with the smart cover. haven't received it yet (it's backordered) but i haven't heard anything regarding the status nor have they responded to my email.

If you want a really nice sleeve, check out Pack & Smooch. These are just wonderful. I have used these for the 11" MBA and 15" MBP. I have talked to Clemens, the owner, and he might be making an iPad 2 + Smart Cover version. He's in Germany and is waiting for the iPad 2 international launch this week to get one for his own testing. I'd recommend waiting to see if he will offer one.

Boxwave old school manilla envelope looking one with the wrap string closure...it comes in that old school manilla colour and black now.

I have that Timbuk2 case for my iPad 2 & SmartCover. REI has them in stock. It is a bit of a tight fit, but I'm hoping that it'll loosen up over time. It isn't too tight. But I question whether or not an iPad 2 outfitted with a SmartCover AND a back shell would fit. We'll see.
