Northbridge, which one?

I would've said the Northbridge on the MP1,1 was next to the purple arrow

but the image here:

makes it seem as if the northbridge is next to the yellow arrow (in my pic).

Can anyone confirm? Thx

Purple arrow points the right one. Be careful, there's sensor in its heatsink connected to logic board. Heatsink clip also does not come off that easy.

Purple is correct. Using smcFanControl to spin up the fans; Increasing PCIe slot speed makes no difference, but increasing CPU fans cools it down very quick.
