mywi is the only reason i jailbreak. sbsettings is ok too.

If you are on 4.3.1 and have not previously purchased MyWi, should definitely go with TetherMe instead. Enables the native Personal Hotspot feature on the phone for much cheaper ($5 as opposed to $20 for MyWi).
