Just upgraded my iphone 3gs to a white iphone 4 today. I woulda waited but my old 3GS was having issues so i decided to go ahead and upgrade, and ill likely upgrade again to the new one if they ever release it.

While playing with the 4, i noticed there was no icon for the facetime app, my ipad2 shows this but not on the iphone4. How would i know if theres an facetime app for it.

Yep, no need for an extra icon. Just go to one of your contacts and hit FaceTime.

I'll have to say that with Apple's intention for "ease of use" I do sometimes wonder why the differences in icon's between the iPhone vs the touch and iPad.

Yeah. The whole iPod/Videos icon thing is weird too. (The iPhone, iPod, and iPad all do it differently from each other.)

I understand that iPods won't have a phone app and stuff like that, but some of the differeneces seem very arbitrary.
