Recent EFI Update - Improvement of SATA3 SSD Compatibility?

Was there an improvement in compatibilty of the newer SATA3 SSD drives (i.e. Intel 510 and so on) after installing the latest EFI update? For the guys that had serious issues with the drives before?

Or is there still no real fix provided by apple?
