iPhone 4 and new 3G MicroCell

So, I got a microcell from ATT. Free. I set it up as the box instructed, and it's sitting with 10 feet of me. My iPhone 4 connects to it every now and then, and when it does, and I dial a number, there's no ringing at all. It doesn't connect. After a 30 seconds or less, it'll just say 'call failed'. I installed the microcell probably 2 hours ago, and I got the email and text confirmation that the microcell should be up and running.
