Cydia refresh issue

pretty much every time I enter Cydia after a min. or so it pops up a screen with 3 areas saying failed to fetch and one area saying some index files failed to download.

can I get this to stop doing this somehow?

I had that read what source is giving the errors for me it was themeit so I deleted that source and the issue went away

had a same issue started yesterday, could not even load Cydia menu (to remove source via cydia), so ended up using ifunbox to edit sources (bad one for me was s i nf ul iphone), removed the one mentioned, then had to go and remove/edit in metadata for sources... At any rate, worked great. Readded source and like nothing ever happened. Another iphone4 did not experience the same issue at all, what gives.
