5. The 1st place Winner will start a new thread with the topic/theme of their choice, and act as the Judge for that contest.
(Winner has 48 hours to create new theme)

Topic: Waterscapes

Water is essential for life and the ocean has always been an influential part of my life since I was a child. My initial chose for the contest was a Seascape but I know that not everyone lives near an ocean. Show me your photos of water. I look forward to the seeing the results.

Peace,

Wyro

Been a while since I checked out any contest threads...

To everyone that has posted: Great photos! Some gems in there.

My take:

Barrier Reef, Puerto Costa Maya, Mexico

Taken while snorkeling at the barrier reef in Costa Maya, Mexico, with a cheap film camera in a waterproof housing ($39.00 at local dive shop), under adverse conditions: strong current and strong winds. Hand held! :)
