Does anyone know how to located the Lion installer file so it can be burned to a DVD? I can't seem to locate it.

Yes I installed it already, guess I'll have to download it again.

Thanks

That's weird, you can't download it again once it's installed, the button you normally use to download it is inactive and says installed over it. Don't know how to help you there bud.

Option clicking Lion under your purchased Apps turns the greyed out installed button into a green buy button but upon clicking on it, the MAS says, a newer Version is already installed.
Do you already have a "Install Mac OS X Lion" folder sitting in your Downloads folder?

Awesome tip! I installed Lion without getting the disc image first. I had to option-click on any Lion link in the App Store, then it should show the price button. I had to option-click that, which turned into a green buy button and then I option-clicked that and it asked if I would like to download it again.

At first, when I was only option-clicking on the green buy button it said I already had it installed or something. The above was the only way I could get it to work for me.

This apple support document lists another method: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4718

To redownload the installer on a computer running OS X Lion, press and hold the Option key while you click the Purchases tab. If the button to the right of the Install Mac OS X Lion item doesn't change to "Install" and allow you to download Lion, use Spotlight to search for "Install Mac OS X Lion" on your computer.
