12/13 mini users: Are you getting the full screen music player in the lock screen?

The latest iOS 16 beta (beta 3 public beta) was supposed to enable a full screen music player in the lock screen but it's not working for me. I wonder if it's a problem with the phones with smaller screens.

You can toggle it on and off by tapping the album art on the Lockscreen.

When I tap the album art it just unlocks my phone and opens Spotify (or Apple Music).

Works for me. I can toggle full screen / mini player. You can toggle to a full screen by tapping the album art icon on the left side of the mini player.
