I’ll make this short and sweet, How many Mini-LEDs and Zone will the 14” MBP have when it releases ? Has to be more than the 12.9” XDR iPad Pro, which has 2,500 Zones and 10,000 Mini-LEDs right ?

P.S. Is it a deal breaker if the new 14” MacBook Pro doesn’t have a 120Hz ProMotion Refresh rate to go along with the Mini-LED display ?

How many? Nobody will know.
Will it matter? Nobody will know until they tried.
Apple sells plenty models without 120 Hz refresh rate already. The world continues to spin.

I would assume they would keep the mini-LED and zone density roughly the same...

79.87 in^2 in iPad Pro 12.9” -> 2,500 zones, 10,000 mini-LEDs
89.35 in^2 in MBP 14.1” -> 11.86% increase in surface area -> ~2,797 zones, ~11,187 mini-LEDs

This is just a guess. Also, to your question about 120Hz: for me it will be a deal breaker if there is no ProMotion. I will wait until a generation that has it.
