Hello,
I hope I am posting to the right section. I have seen a few threads similar to mine and most have directed the poster to check craigslist and ebay first. I have done so but have been unable to really find an analogous system to the one I am thinking of selling.
Basically I need an intel based macbook in order to run bootcamp so I can take law school exams natively in windows (my school's policy)
This is the system
12" G4 iBook
1.07 Ghz
1.25GB Ram
120GB WD 5400 HD
2 Batteries (one purchased in June and only cycled 20 times) ~5hrs each
CD-ROM drive only (not combo or anything like that)
Case, and all the rest standard (OS X 10.4.10) for the 12" iBook
Airport but not b/t
The majority of the systems I see in the ads and auctions are base systems which are asking roughly $400. How much of a premium does my HD, RAM, and Batteries command? Would $600-$700 be reasonable?
Any input would be much appreciated.
For what it's worth I find the system very powerful and lacking only in an intel processor (for my needs)
Thanks again.
