While interesting, it’s not really useful. Any location that doesn’t have a proper 12 lead machine is not going to have any type of advanced intervention (Thrombolytics, angioplasty) that could be done if a heart attack was diagnosed. So what’s the point of going through all these steps if you can’t do anything more than aspirin, oxygen, nitro which you could administer all without having a 12 lead?
