This isn't really a rumor I just saw a laptop on the Orlando Jones Show with a big sticker in the middle and thus realized it was a 12" PB being used by one of the DJ's. I wouldn't think that they would have to pay royalties on a show like that....I mean it's a tool and if it happens to advertise for them then so be it. I think Apple may need to rethink it's legal terms. Free advertising is usually always good.
