I asked this question several days ago in the Troubleshooting forum, but received no response, so I thought I would try here. My new Pro Max keeps changing the display from light mode to dark mode by itself. It’s happened at least a dozen times now, most recently a few minutes ago while I had it laying on a table. It’s also done this while I’m using it on these forums or surfing the web. Has anyone else experienced this? If not, I guess maybe my new phone is possessed lol. Very frustrating, and I hope there may be some kind of fix that doesn’t involve completely resetting the phone. TIA.

Earlier today, yes. As far as I remember, the other times we at various times of the day. I will check my settings.Thank you for your help!
EDIT: I just turned off “Automatic”. I wasn’t even aware that was a feature lol. I don’t recall it being on my XS Max. Is there a way to mark this as Solved?
