12 Pro Max Otterbox Defender (on sale $20 btw), screen protector that plays nice?

So i just got my otterbox defender from walmart for $20 (awesome deal). They are having a crazy sale on otterboxes this week!
Anyways, I had an ESR screen protector off amazon on my 12PM... Which is awesome. And covers the notch.
The only issue is, the otterbox has such a lip that it actually touches the perimeter of the protector, lifting it up.
Does anyone have this phone and case combo, with a recommended protector that is maybe a smidge smaller? That would play nice with the defender on the 12 Pro Max?
I was thinking of using an 11 pro max protector, but I think that would be too small lengthwise only. And leave too much of a gap.
Any insight would be appreciated! Or if anyone has pics of the 11PM protector on a 12PM?

Just a heads up, that price only appears to be good for in store sales. As much as I like the price, I'm not going to Wally World to pick up a case.

When the screen is on you can’t see it at all like you can in the pic. Belkin has a nice setup to help get it just right. Best one I ever used so far.

Thanks for that. Looks like I didn't click far enough. I've added one. Won't be my daily driver but I can see it coming in handy when I'm out fishing. I can use the holster to attach to my sling pack. Since the waterproofing is going up, the days of needing a waterproof case like Lifeproof are dwindling.

After trying a couple of brands with bad results, I put the iCarez Glass Screen Protector on my husband's iPhone 12 Pro and it works great with his Otterbox Defender. It goes under the edge of the case, but not enough to cause it to lift and bubble.
