Anyone else notice when recording and playing back videos with 1X lens, there appears to be a stutter or frame drop when playing back on the phone? Doesn't seem to matter what format is being used. It's evident on panning shots.

Do you notice this same stutter if you play the video back on a computer?
I have noticed some stutter when watching youtube videos on my 12 Pro. Although I'm not sure if that's an issue with the phone or the youtube app.
For example, if you play back this video on your iPhone do you notice any stuttering?
You may have to watch it for a minute or so, but occasionally the 'RTINGS' logo appears to skip on my iPhone 12 Pro.

That video doesn't stutter on the phone. It seems to happen more when recording/watching said video in horizontal vs vertical. Could be a rolling shutter issue or the video has too much data to be played back smoothly?
