So I’ve got the 12 Blue... I’ve been happy with it for the most part but after seeing the pacific blue in person finally, I’m starting to have doubts ha

I like the blue of the 12 but it’s quite glossy for my liking and picks up fingerprints like crazy. I wouldn’t mind a matte finish. Also, I came from a XS Max, so it would be nice to have the telephoto lens back.

Maybe I’ll give the PB a go...

What are you searching for in the graphite color? I’ve seen it in person. It has some midnight green undertones with some gray mixed in. It was alright. I’m looking in the direction of the PB fo a color exchange. Have the gold and it’s great but saw my nephew who has the blue and I liked it better
Searching: Eye Candy basically. Initially (never seen both colors in person), I wanted PB hands down. I just happen to watch a YT review on the Graphite and it looked really good, which is why I went ahead and ordered it. Besides, PB 256 Pro Max took too long to show up online. But when I got to Apple to pickup my online order, I was curious what both colors looked like in-person, and I was drawn to Graphite, despite my wanting PB. Graphite looks so sleek and stealth and It looks so hi-fidelity modern. I did go home with PB. As for the PB, I don't like the way that Blue looks behind the camera. It looks plastic-y. Don't you think? In Graphite, that area looks darker than Graphite and doesn't look plastic.

Nicest phone I’ve ever bought, Pacific Blue 256... this blue leather bellroy case is pretty sweet too.

I’m good for a few years... watching Ford v Ferrari with headphones is pretty awesome.

IMO, the cameras should all be the graphite color. The three lenses look silly enough as is and the color separation enhances it whereas the graphite makes it look less busy.

The PB camera color just sticks out like a sore thumb with a colored case on it.

I had a Corvette in the same color, Supersonic Blue. I was hoping the new Pacific Blue iPhone would color shift in a similar way to the Corvette. I was not disappointed. It was a shame to cover it in a case but it is much too slippery not to case the phone.

I broke down and upgraded my 11 Pro to the 12 Pro (took advantage of the AT&T trade in offer). I got the Pacific Blue and I think the color is very nice. My 11 Pro was Space Gray. All of my iPhones have been Space Gray and it's nice to have a color other than gray for a change

I was a Windows Phone user prior to Apple, and the Nokia Lumia phones always had a nice selection of colors. Nice to see some variety in the iPhone Pro models.

Could you do me a favour and share some side shots of the button areas and a front shot of that bellroy case please? The leather looks fantastic and I’m really tempted to get one!

Just keep in mind that you will get major fingerprints and smudges on the flat edges, so the opposite effect of the regular 12.

I see in photo they still have the same problem, gap between leather and plastic? also used to be sharp where it joins? Corners were know for breaking too if take in and out a bit, least they have proper buttons now.
I have used their wallets for years but havn't liked their previous phone cases for those reasons.

Feels great in hand and I don’t see or feel any gaps... I am liking the black front and blue back... I’ll wait and see how it starts to patina.
I see this holding up quite well and if it does... I’ll buy another.

If I do decide to exchange my gold max for a PB max I’ll be getting the Apple baltic blue leather. If for nothing else than just seeing the blue ring animation when I put it in the case 🤪
The BB Apple leather looks really nice. I had this with the old Graphite which looked amazing I thought...but it still looks slick on the PB (The color ring animations of these cases is a cool little touch)

This minimal very thin Casekoo (right), I like the color, this almost has SLIGHT color shift also, adds almost no additional bulk to Pro Max, grip is not bad, price was darn good too.

My one fear is since it's so minimal, plastic outside AND inside with no felt...this MAY create some micro scratches along the sides.

I think I could live with that since it’s not as in your face as the back of the phone.

I’ll find out today when I pick it up.

My wife got gold and i instantly fell in love. So whenever i feel bored of my pacific blue then i use hers for sometime lol
