iPhone 11 Pro 12 watt iPad charger vs 18 watt phone charger ?

Not sure how to pose this question...... so I’ll say what I noticed by accident....
Charging with the 18 watt charger and cable it takes 1hr and 35min. to charge my 11 Pro from 50% to 100%
Charging with my 12 watt iPad charger and cable it takes 1hr and 15min to charge.Maybe a defective charger?
