How can I get the same functionality in Firefox as in safari, like the two fingerswipe?

No solution?
I can't seems to get the possible solution MultiClutch working

Are you using Lion?

You used to be able to do this in snow leopard but firefox doesn't support it at the moment.

Not sure why.

Option+two finger swipe works in Firefox nightly, haven't tried in stable or beta.

Two finger swipe works in Chrome Dev version, but backwards. Swipe right to go back?

Ok, there might go some time before the functionality gets to the other browsers.

Actually the two finger swipe don’t work in a lot of apples own programs. For example the system settings and finder. Isn’t that weird?

 > System Preferences > Mouse or Trackpad (which ever you're using)

In the drop down menu under "swipe between pages" choose "swipe with one or two fingers" if you're using a magic mouse or choose "swipe with two or three fingers" if you're using a trackpad.

This will let you keep the nice swiping animation in Safari and also let you keep navigation everywhere else.
